Yes it is necessary that they ban it in schools where the students get too distracted and aren't aware of the limits.

College going students are bound to be more aware of the situation around them and their own limits.And if they go beyond it, it is left to them and they will face the consequences later on.

But seriously, usage in school is terrible.Why does a 16 year old kid need a mobile phone in school????????TO play games???????

Gosh....Gimme a break.....Isn't school supposed to be the place where most of your character is moulded???????When  school going students start using the mobile and get addicted when they are in school, then they sure are going to be more than just addicted when they come to college.

It is a definite No to usage of Mobiles in schools.

A maybe to college going students provided they don't disturb the lectures by turning their wacky tones on in class.....
