I guess it's not "should", but "could". Here in the Philippines, a lot of guys get to have manicure/pedicure. I even see some young boys(kids) wear nail polish; probably because there are manicurists/pedicurists here who do home service.

If he likes it and takes care of his nails, why not?  I keep my toes polished just about all the time.  I get regular pedicures and change the color once or twice between pedicures.  I'm a Corrections Officer and the pedicures do wonders for someone on their feet constantly.  The color is because I like it; my wife and kids are cool with it.
