  1. It's a natural phenomenon. All we can do is adapt until the climate pendulum swings back the other way...which it eventually will.

    You can't fight Mother Nature

  2. Please read a text book and stop listening to Al Gore. Global warming is natural and guess what, the planet hasn't even warmed in over 8 years.

  3. The 'hippies' were right when they warned us to protect the planet! Did anybody listen? NO!  We had our chance, and we blew it! We may have already reached the "Tipping Point" in climate change!

  4. Dont worry everything is going as per the fate we will see the green world so quickly we need not wait for a long time.

  5. Yes absolutely, but it Looks like you have you eyes open now. Can’t say that about to many people in society today. Most of us walk around with blinders until a catastrophe hits, then we wake up pretty quick. Unfortunately we go blind again a few months later…

Let me start off by saying we (my family and I) live 100% off of the grid and are completely self-sufficient with a 0% Carbon footprint. I believe this is the first step anyone can make “help the environment”. Once you convert your own life style to a greener more eco friendly route, you can start helping others.

Without getting to in depth here, Using alternative fuels in your vehicles and harnessing your own electricity from the sun, water, earth and wind are the 2 are key elements in making a green transition and erasing your carbon footprint.

I've been installing Solar panels. Solar stoves, Solar batch and inline hot water heaters. Solar radiant heating. Solar home heating and AC, along with home made wind gens and other alternative energy items for the last 3 years in apartments, homes and rentals.

You can even make the above projects on site with simple parts from the local hardware stores or auto stores or junk yards. For more info check out some guides I wrote / compiled on how to DIY http://www.agua-luna.com/guides.html...

Again these projects can be accomplished anywhere by anyone.

if you absolutely can't do anything in your home atleast you can put alternative fuels in your car. most major automotive manufacturers (Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors, etc) recommend the use of bio fuels, and nearly every car manufacturer in the world approves ethanol blends in their warranty coverage.

In fact your probably even driving an ethanol car and didn't even know it.

    The trick is finding fuel.

I've been producing biofuel for about 3 years now, it's not extremely difficult. Basically you need general household ingredients, a processor (or still for ethanol) and some used oil. Blend it, let separate, screen and use. I complied a guide a while back to help walk you threw the process step by step, just email me or check out..

  6. Yes. Going green today is a much easier transition than in the past - there is so much cool technology out there that it is a no brainer! Hand held wind power generator and more -

  7. Global Warming has been going on since the ice age. Remember glaciers use to cover half the United States. Now, here's the BS: Socialists, Marxist, and Communists started this whole concept that it was man-made by that evil empire, the USA. While leading the world in production, energy usage and having the highest standard of living, it's easy to blame capitalism for global warming. Unfortunately too many Meat-Heads have bought into this idea. Global Warming is a natural phenomenon beyond our control and is created by an imperfect wobbling of the earth and circumnavigation of the sun. It's easy for someone to buy into this man-made warming theory and appear as though they are the enlightened ones. Maybe they can explain why half the USA was once covered with ice and the glaciers began to retreat and melt many thousands of years before the combustible engine. Or, why the south pole use to be warm and tropical. The argument isn't whether global warming is occuring, but rather what's causing it. Don't let those so-called enlightened one's talk you into turning your life over to them in the name of saving the planet! The rotations & wobbling of planets, the varying temperature of the sun, and the weather is beyond our control. Oh yeah, follow the money and notice who those thirsting for power are and you'll easily see who the alarmists (anticapitalists) are...

  8. Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda!  Just do it.

  9. No!  If you recall, the so-called 'man-did-it' GW experts...by the THOUSANDS... recently jumped onto pollution-spewing jet planes to attend a climate conference at luxury resort locations in Bali.  A conference where the goobers discussed how WE (not they) should be more responsible in our use of energy.  Had they TRULY been convinced that 'man-did-it' GW was real, these brainiacs would have met via 'Teleconference' and avoided spewing thousands of tons of pollutants into our atmosphere!

They TRULY exposed themselves as FRAUDS!!!

  10. No, it wouldn't have helped.  The IPCC report says its already going to be here for hundreds of years no matter what we do or don't do, and that includes what passes for green living these days: slight reductions in CO2 emissions and awareness creation.

  11. the people who understand the threat have gone green.

The fact is that there is a huge majority that doesn't give a d**n what happens to the planet and so they'll NEVER go green,, even if things get worse
