  1. yes , if the homeless person buys a ticket they can ride.

believe me, if have been on airplane rides with smelly men who are more offensive than any homeless people.

most homeless people try hard to conceal it .  they try to blend in / they do not want attention.  yes, some do smell but there are a lot of people who live in homes who smell as bad or worse

  2. no, if they are a disruption to other passengers they should be kicked off,

the same as other people are for being disruptive ,

causing fights cursing or playing loud music..

people are kicked off airlines because of body odor all the time

  3. No, the bus driver should check the property tax statement or rental lease agreement of each passenger before letting them on.  Yeah right.

  4. Tough question. I think if they have paid for a bus ticket they have every right to ride the bus, but if they are using the bus like its their living room that's not cool.  I guess my answer is yes.

  5. The question is, where would they be going? No home and no job.

If you pay, you should be allowed on, but not be able to use it for your personal shelter.

  6. yes, that's if they pay!

  7. If they have money and are no smelly enough to offend anyone, sure why not....it probably takes them all day to panhandle enough for bus fare.  If they smell like they just took a shower in p**p, then no, they shouldn't get on.  They are outside all day anyway, they should be used to walking.

  8. If they can pay.
