  1. Thats a tough question... I don't think so.  There isnt a law agaisnt that.  i would say that you are dont have to =].

  2. No, its only chewed up grass and is a viable resource for anyone else who wants to use it.  If as my friends do - they stand in towns with their horses offering rides then any poo in those areas should be cleaned up.

  3. They should have to put diapers on them

  4. Yes, absolutely horse riders should be made to clear up their horses poo.  They should be made to do that the second all cars, and trucks stop spewing out actual toxic pollutants.

In the mean time, the completely organic fertilizer that comes out the rear end of a horse can lay right where deposited, since it's actually good for the enviroment....unlike the stuff that vehicles spew.

P.S. For anyone stating dog and cat poo has to be cleaned up, so why not horse poo, there's one MAJOR difference.  Dog and cat poo can contain diseases that can be trasmitted to humans......horse manure does NOT.

  5. No.

People use to run out with a bucket and shovel to put the dung around their roses.

Imagine a horse rider with a p**p bag, must be a bin liner!!

  6. well dog lovers have to do it so why not

  7. Thats a tough one!  as a horse rider myself I can go out for over 10 miles on the quiet roads round here and to be honest I don't always know when my horse poo's.  I know that because sometimes when my friend is way behind me she'll shout and tell me and I'm not always aware of it if i'm out by myself.  We clean up our fields everyday and the local road inbetween the fields if it needs doing but we wouldn't go out for miles cleaning up.  It does soon disintegrate anyway because it's only chewed up grass.  We only clean the fields to keep the worm population down.
