No, but only because they would all kill each other within days and then nobody would be left to write books for me. And I would be sad, if I wasn't dead, but of course I could always flee into the wilderness and go hide in a cave. I can think of a good place for that.

No, really, think about it. If human rights = animals rights, then humans can be killed as long as you can think up a half-hearted, meaningless excuse for it. You can do it however you want, from stomping them to shooting them to glaring at them until they die (not recommended). But people would start blood wars withing hours, maybe days at best, at then we would wipe ourselves out in a global civil war of killing.

Which is okay if everyone is really happy about it, except how no one will make cool things for me to enjoy and I will have to be careful not to get killed myself.

We should be given the right to graze with the cows of New Zealand! We should be given the right to hang on trees like monkeys, leopards, and koala bears. We should have the right to fly! We should have the right to scavange! We should have the right to chase dears, buffalo, and elephants. We should have the rights to live underground. We should have the rights to defecate on anywhere we like even roads!

We should be given the rights to eat humans!!!

Why not?  It seems like most human rights relate to dignity and the right to pursue life.  Animals can have the same thing and the world won't fall apart.

Animals don't have many rights that I know of. People abuse and kill them for fun everyday. They take away their homes by building and building, taking away their trees and their space. They should have some human rights. They deserve it. They don't go around purposely hurting people the way humans do.

Humans do have the same rights as animals-a thousand times more rights actually. This green concept (I think you might be feeling threatened by it, which explains the weird question) isn't meant to favor animals over humans; it is meant to encourage people to live more sustainable lives so as to leave some of this planet liveable and enjoyable for future generations.
