I'm 17 years old

Senior grade

Var city Level

i play corner outfield all 3 years of HS last season i played 2 CF games i faired ok i had 1 error and 2 outfield aassistsbut in the other 16 i split in Lf Rf i had 1 error and 12 OF assists........ my fielding %was high 990's almost perfect because of all the opportunitys i had out there.

i have 3rd best arm in the leugue and best on my team im a good speed runner in short distances of maybe 200 feet so i track the ball excellently...... im short though 17 years old only 5 7'' so maybe this isnt my position i have a good arm in the sence of keeping it relitivly low and accurate so if you look at ryan church i have his style of arm but not quite as good lol but you get my point but should i stick to rf and lf or do you think im good enough to make the transition?

  1. play where your coach tells you!!!!!!!!

  2. personally i think that CF is harder than RF or LF but it sounds like you could be a great CF

    oh and, LEFTYS RULE!

  3. yes by the sound of this information you are going to be a great center field.  i played that position and it was hard but if your good it is a piece of cake.  so just keep practicing and youll do fine

    good luck

  4. I would run this question by Grady Sizemore and then do whatever he tells you to do because he is the best CF ever.

  5. You may want to work on your glove and move to second.  If you want to go to the next level.  Keep working on your speed like the 40.  Good luck.
