Should i add a another cap or upgrade??

Question

i have a 500 watt amp and a 1000 watt amp with crossover and cap and works fine i want to add another 1000 watt amp should i upgrade caps or add another one??

you did not mention what capacitor you have. practically, you will need 1 farad per 1000 watts, so if you're going to run 2500 watts total, then you will need a cap with 2.5 farads. i have a 5 farads cap to run my car audio system (just to be safe).
