Should i apply to colleges now?

i have a semester of hs left and no SAT scores yet. im taking them in october. should i start applying? can they turn me down because i dont have SAT scores? wont my scores just be sent to them once ive taken them. HELP HELP HELP.

Application deadlines vary with the university, so go to their website and check.  Deadlines are usually early winter, January.  They will ask when you expect to take the SATs.  Send in your application this fall.  They will match your application with your SAT scores when they are sent in.  It never hurts to go on line and take a look at the application.  You can always start to work on it!  (college prof)
