Should i ask him to the homecoming dance?

Ok this year I'm a Senior, and this guy Zac i liked him all last year i bought him his fav candy,sent him those little card on easter and ****. He is always on my mind, this summer i could not stop thinking about him , this year i have a class with his best friend and now i think he is way s**y because he is on the football team, is this because I'm man hungry is it bad to like like a guys best friend. And when i started this year i have government with zac i sat like five rows away from him and i never said any thing to him, so on friday he choose to sit by the row next to me, and he sometimes looks at me.

Any advise would relay help. i just want to know if i ask him to Home coming would it ruin every thing

I think that you should totally ask him to Homecoming. But if he says no dont keep asking him. And dont freakout just be yourself. Also since your kinda falling for his friend you should go after him if he says no.
