  1. i suggest doing alot of research.

when i completed my qualification as dental nurse i wanted to become a dental hygenist. after alot of time working with a hygenist and i decided it wasn't for me.

Get some experience working or watching what a dental hygenist does. It is alot of work.

Also research where courses are available and whats involved in becoming a hygenist. Then hopefully you will decide if its for you.

As for jobs? alot of dentist are looking for hygenists, as there more intrested in all the complicated procedures lol.

If you do decide to do the course, book a check up with your dentist and bring up casually that your doing the hygiene course. He may have a job for when you finish, or may know someone who needs you!

    good luck!

  2. you should decide that...
