  1. Well it is hard to say. You should add your interests.  They are two very different fields! I an undergraduate Pre  Physical Therapy. I'll tell you ( OT is the same curriculum) that is a challenging major. You have a lot of classes that are really interesting though. You learn all about the human body.  From anatomy and physiology to applying physics to understand human movement.  I would say the physics is the hardest.  You will have to take a few math classes and be able to apply trig. later in the curriculum. I have taken accounting classes and they were hard for me, you can start out taking the basic english and math and perhaps take your first accounting class. If you don't like accounting then  that class can count as an elective. Good luck. Therapy is a nice setting, and if you like interacting with people it is the better choice. If you would rather not interact with people all day, then accounting is the better choice.  Keep in mind that OT school is highly competitive so get good grades, and get involved.

  2. Well, what's your primary concern, earning a living, or getting a job in another country and maybe getting a green card? Makes a difference. It's probably easier to find jobs in the US and elsewhere as a therapist. But, if you don't find the work is interesting or enjoyable, it can be tough.
