Should i be angry at my friends for lying to me?

It really depends on what they lied about, the circumstances surrounding it and their reasons for doing what they did.

Haha, reminds me of a story. My friend's lied to me one time too, i was angry at first, but i learned to accept it.

So one morning i woke up to go get the paper and there were a dozen eggs cracked on my front porch. i cleaned it of course then call all my friends asking if they knew anything about it. i didn't understand because no one had anything against me at the moment. when i asked my two closest friends (of one who was moving away) and they said "nope, nothing". then finally after a few hours they admitted it saying it was just supposed to be a joke. heck, they're my friends, if i was doing that to one of them i'd find it funny too. she asked me.. "how do you like your eggs in the morning?" i'll miss her. (;

  Your friends don't want to go to a party with you?  Maybe they are not close friends?  Maybe they have seen you at a party and they don't want to see that again?  Maybe they didn't want to hurt your feelings.

I recommend you instead of backbiting or thinking about your friends wrong doing or bad behaviour with you better tell them about it when they are alone with you. If you feel there is something wrong, go and explain directly to the person concerned why you feel the situation needs to be corrected. Tell them you like straight forward persons.
