Should i be getting moisture between my new concrete block wall and the plastic wrap which is covered by frame

I had a new concrete block wall put in for my foundation and I have the wood frame up for the wall. Ive noticed that there is moisture inbetween the plastic wrap and the wall. What do i need to do

  1. It is normal to see a certain amount of condensation. Make sure it isn't excessive! I would seal the concrete blocks with paint. There is a specific type of paint that you can purchase that is made to seal cement or concrete. I have used it on many basement floors for my clients. You should see less condensation after it dries. If not then you have a problem! Hope  that helps!

There is moisture in the air naturally, especially in summer, and if there is a surface for that moisture to condense on (the plastic), it will condense.  There's nothing to worry about at this point. When the construction is completed, if the basement or crawl space is damp, you may need to use a dehumidifier to remove excess moisture before you seal the block wall, and then periodically afterward.
