Should i be worried about my package?

it says it should take 1-3 for shipping and ship all orders within 1-3 business days and i should receive my package within 1-6 days from ship date and its been almost been 3 weeks

Do you have The Tracking # or was it insured ? I'd be worried yes but if you payed the extra few $$$ you wouldn't be SOL
