  1. whats a cobb i never heard of that before can some1 tell what cobb is?

  2. Depends on what ind of work you want to do. With the county you do more work in jails and apatrol and alot of more divisions.

Sheriff is County and Police is city

  3. Are you crazy? s***w the locals go Fed. I would suggest getting a shot at the FBOP "federal prisons" as a guard. Once you get in there you can move to become a US Marshall after one year when you get promoted to GS&7. The bennies are the best you can get and if you already have prison experience then you know breaking 100K a year is easy. The BOP and US Marshall's are the same agency in the scope of things. They are part of the department of justice and therefore you can make the move to bigger and better things. IF you have a Masters in EDU you will have no problem getting in along with your prison experience. Go check out usajobs dot gov and do a search on positions with the BOP. Apply and you will get all the info and date for your interview within a few weeks. These positions are open continual
