Should i bother replying his text message?

he replied my message 3 hours after i messaged him. i hate waiting although it might not be a big deal..

should i just reply his message or not?

reply and ask him if he can respond to your messages a little bit sooner in the future.

He was probably just busy and forgot about the text.  Happens to me all the time (especially if I am at work).
