  1. get your AZZ TO THE DR............... don't risk your new babies life........... you should never delay asking q. to your dr. why waste time on here?    go see your DR> NOW!!!

  2. WHY would you rule out, if your first baby was born with low amni fluids? why RISK your babies life????????   not smart!

  3. You should without a doubt bring this up to your Doctor.  There are many things it could be, one of which is amniotic fluid. Your water may not have "broken" or "ruptured" - you may have a small leak.  In any instance, if it concerns you and feels out of the ordinary, discuss it with your Doc or the Nurse.  Give them a call, sometimes they can ease your mind over the phone.  Take Care!

  4. It's always best to bring up any changes during pregnancy with your doctor so that they know and if its something important they can take care of it right away.

  5. it sounds normal, maybe you have been losing your mucus plug-that could explain it. discharge does come more and more the further you go into your pregnancy. its always a good idea to let your doctor know everything you are expierencing, even if it doesnt seem that important to you because they can tell you exactly what is happening and why. good luck with labor and i hope you have a healthy baby

  6. WELL,YOU HAVE TO CONSULT THE DOCTOR ASAP. AND TELL HIM ABOUT IT.

  7. This is why you have a doctor. To take care of you and your baby, and if you have any concerns, they are there to answer your questions.

I'm 37 weeks too and don't have this problem. I don't leak any fluid at all. Just a small amount of thick discharge occasionally, and that's only in the last week.

It's important that you do bring it up, you may be leaking amniotic fluid and that can be very bad.

  8. Hey anytime you have a concern, whether you think it is dumb or not always ask that is why she is your doctor..

  9. Increased discharge during pregnancy is normal.  However, anything that concerns you should be brought up to your doctor.  I would rather hear the "everything is fine" speech a hundred times rather than not asking and finding out that something was really wrong.

Best of luck & congratulations on your new little miracle!

  10. Absolutely tell your Dr! You could be leaking amniotic fluid.

I had the flu at the end of my 2nd pregnancy, and thought i was peeing a little when I coughed and sneezed. (TMI-sorry) Didn't think much of it. When I went to my last Dr. visit, I had ultrasound, and found out I had no fluid left! Was sent straight to hospital for induction. Everything was ok, but it was a long day, wondering if I had hurt my baby!

I hope you have an easy delivery and healthy baby soon!

  11. definately yes tell the md. also the stomach is big, baby could be pressing on bladder.this might be why u r leaking. but not all discharge is normal.

  12. yea...any concerns you have concerning your pregnancy or your health you should bring up to the doctor...

its better to find out its normal or nothing to worry about than to let it go and it was serious...

  13. Wont hurt to mention it, but its completely normal for this late stage!

  14. If you can ask complete strangers that question, why wouldn't you tell your doctor????????????????

  15. I would definitely mention this to your doctor. I do not think you have anything to worry about I have read several people's stories on the internet where they leaked fluid. Remember though everyone is different, Your doctor knows your history and where we think it is ok, your doctor could be concerned or atleast be alerted. I don't want to scare you but some people do leak their ammoniac fluid to find out later what they thought was nothing ended with bad news. If a doctor catches this early he could prevent the horrible news as far along as you are. My sister had a similar problem and went to the ob they did an ultrasound and found out the baby was ok, however he told her the story of how he had to just tell someone all of her fluid was gone which resulted in the death of the baby. It can be a serious matter so please do mention it. Again I'm sure you are just leaking normal fluids as you are so far along but if it were something serious he could deliver your baby before all the fluid was gone with you being 37 weeks!

It won't hurt anything to tell him it will just put your mind at ease!

    God Bless!

  16. You can mention it, but I'll tell you what he'll say:  it's perfectly normal.

  17. Sounds normal.  I wear a pad when I go out, just for that reason.  But talk to your doctor about it, it won't hurt.  Good luck.

  18. YES.........OF COURSE, YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR DR. ABOUT  'ANY'  CHANGES.......IN YOUR BODY,  DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING?  YOU ARE LOSING  AMNI FLUID,  YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE DRY BIRTH, THAT IS PAINFUL!   IF YOU LOSE A LOT OF AMNI FLUID, YOU BABY COULD DIE!  GO TO THE E/R RIGHT NOW............DO NOT WAIT ONE MOMENT!!!!

  19. sure just let him know you have increased vaginal discharge. he will check it for you. good luck

  20. Just in case i would say just to bring it up I mean it wont hurt (:

  21. Sure it can't a bit to tell him, they can always help out on suggestions, etc.  You are about ready, huh?  Congratulations!!  How exciting!  Baby is pushing on your bladder.ready to come into the world, I remember that well!!

  22. You should definitely tell your doctor. Even if you arent too concerned about it, you should let them know what's going on with your body. It's normal to have discharge and some women have more than others, but your doctor might have some suggestions to help ease the ammount you have. Or he/she can at least let you know from a professional prospective that everything is fine :o)

  23. That is a pretty big increase. I would definitely bring it up. Even if it is nothing, it is better to make sure.   Congrats on your new baby!

  24. You should tell your doctor about ANY question that is on your mind!  That's why he/she is there to help you.  As for the leakage, it is probably amniotic fluid, which may or may not be normal at 37 weeks.  But DEFINITELY inquire of your OB-GYN!!

  25. Don't be afraid to tell your doctor about anything that gives you concern, especially when you are pregnant.

  26. Of course you should mention this to your doctor, it would be silly not to.  Even if it's nothing at least you can know for sure.  Good Luck
