Should i build another yugioh deck?

ok so i had a deck that was working well for me...... but then it got stolen... so should i spend te money to build a deck or simply buy 1?.... my problem with buying 1 is that most poeple have themed decks or w/e like "zombie" or "fiend" you get the point... my deck was working good for me and it was a mixture... i actually started otu with a dragon deck tho and built onto it tho... i got the dragons rage starter deck and went from there... actually i got the last 1 from my local walmart that was a special set included the dragons rage structure deck and 5 headed dragon... made me mad when my 5 headed drag got stole lol... well imma stop talking and let you awnser
