  1. The less miles the better. 170,000 miles on a Honda motor is nearly rebuild time.

I am in Aus, and had a 90 Honda Accord with 250,000k's on it and it was nearly stuffed. 170,000 is 272,000k's. If its been driven hard, and not maintained, it will be problem after problem

As a general rule for buying used cars, the less miles the better, I wont buy any used car with over !00,000k's on it, and if its a 4cyl, I wont buy it with over 50,000 on it.

  2. Wow - both cars have high mileage and they are both looking to have engine issues pretty soon.  Maintenance is going to be high on either one.  Is there no other car for you that has a lot less miles - it would be alot cheaper and safer for you.

  3. The answer should be C but with those choices have the cooling and A/C systems on the Ford carefully checked, if they and obviously the engine and tranny are all right then buy it.

  4. ill tell u right now the honda will go about 350000miles the ford prople 150000 on the honda keep your oil change up to date and the ford u might have to replace a lil more parts

  5. Whichever suits your needs better.  You could run into problems with either one,
