It's in really good condition, about 7 years old and it's previous owner was an older man who didn't abuse it. Is this a good offer and if the insurance is about £1800 a year is it still worth it?

  1. h**l no...both car and insurance cost....

  2. Why not do a google search to find "owners groups " for  that car, and see what they have ty say about it. I'd listen to a person who owns one, and has driven it for a long time.

Also see if that car has a "history of recalls " for mechanical problems.

My impression of it is that the MR2 had problems with the engine, and brakes, needing frequent repairs.

Finally, do a Internet  search to see what the average selling price of this year make and model is in your country.

    Good Luck.

  3. yes

  4. Check the value websites like kbb.com, edmunds.com, and nada.com (or whatever is applicable where you are) to see what is considered a fair sale value for that car in its current condition.
