  1. That depends on how old you are. The longer you wait to have children, the more likely it is that you (or your child) will have complications. ~ Biology Teacher

If you're in a rented or owned house, you can take care of a baby just the same.

  2. If you know that you're going to stay there in that area, buy a house.  It's a good market for it and you could find a really good deal-building up equity for later.

also, there's something stable about owning a house. You and your husband could fix up your child's room the way you wanted it.

You'd know what schools your kid would attend, too.

  3. I bought my house before having my daughter. I thought it felt right to build a home and then create the family at least we have something to cal our own.

  4. Buy a house first if you have the choice

  5. Defiantly buy the house, then have the kids. I did it the other way around, and its alot harder. Kids are not cheap :)

  6.   Buy a house first because it would be easier to move before having a baby.. because if you have a baby first you won't be able to go look at houses because you'll be taking care of your baby all the time. It would be easier if you bought the house and got that over with then you had a baby... hope this helps =D

  7. Buy the house first and get it out of the way babies are expensive and you never kno if u can afford a house after LOL im jus kiddin they arent that bad but Id rather be settled in a house b4 I had kids.

  8. I would suggest buying a house first than having a child

  9. stupid dumb w***e of course a house first , before you have a child and live in misery .
