Should i buy a probe, eclipse, of keep my stratus r/t?

Question

well today i saw a 94-97(im not sure i didnt ask) ford probe se for 2800

and i has 60,000 miles, it needs new paint, rims, and tires

i am 15

this would be my car

i would love to mod it, but these probes arent the fastest cars out there. oh its a manuel by the way

i could fix it up, new paint, exhaust, headers,intake, i dont wanna spend alot on it.

or, i could find a second generation eclipse

and mod that a little

or

i could keep my dads car

a 2003 dodge stratus r/t. 3.0 liter v6

im kinda stuck on what to do

i lovee eclipses, and im pretty sure that a even a base eclipse would beat a probe

but would an eclipse beat the stratus??

you cant really mod a stratus i cant find anything for it

so if you could give me your opinion, i would really apreciate it

Umm first off... it terms of value and niceness....keep the stratus R/T.  it has 200 hp stock... a nice set of rims already on it, and the interiors are sick.  And JC doesnt know what he is talk about.  an eclipse has a better tranny and engine then the R/T?  Ummmm definately not.  before u tell some kid some info, get ur facts straight.  The R/T has the engine and tranny from a new Eclipse GT. 3.0L SOHC.  So its kinda hard to have a better engine and tranny when they are the same thing.  Just do ur self a favor and keep the newer car.  all older/used cars do is nickel and dime u.

If your thinking about modifying your car...I would definitely go with the Mitsubishi Eclipse.  Not only does it have a much better engine and transmission then the Ford probe or the Dodge stratus...neither looks as good as a fixed up Eclipse.

If you want to properly modify your car, Eclipse has more aftermarket parts then either of the two cars that you can order anywhere. Don't settle for second best.

I don't know if you ever saw Fast and the Furious (1), but imagine if a Ford probe or a Dodge stratus was the main car instead of the Eclipse....I rest my case.
