Should i buy an Xbox 360 !!!!!!!!!

well im moving to another country soon and i want to buy a game consol that has good games i want to buy the xbox 360 but how do i keep it cool and will it last long........ anybody that has had it more than a year tell me, dont say to get the ps3 cuz my bro has it.. i want one for me... will the price go down on any of these.......

the xbox 360 is great alot of the newer xboxes found on ebay have built in fans to keep cool that work pretty well

Definitely!  Get the arcade version.  It has the newer and better processor.  It is less prone to overheat than the previous 360's.  I've had mine for over a year now, and haven't had a single problem, even with hours of non stop play.  This past July the AC in the playroom it is used went out, temps were over 80 and still had no trouble.  I would highly recommend to get a 120 GB hard drive to go with it.  I found one really cheap at ebay store.  Don't know what country you're going to or for how long, but Live subscription might be useful for free communication with others via xbox.  Just make sure you aren't going to have any compatability issues.  Good Luck and Have Fun.

NO dont buy an xbox 360,ive had 2 that have given me the ring of death,and this is not because of overheating,many are just defective,also even if you buy a new one it still may be deffective,the newer 360s just have  a LOWER defective rate so its not guranteed that the xbox you buy will last long,of course you could send it in with a warranty but to much hassle, buy a ps3 or wii,unless you want to risk throwing your money away,

Yes you should buy a 360. The price dropped to 300 a couple weeks ago. I don't know how long that will last. Also the pro and the arcade are the same its just the pro has an hard drive that you can save games, downloads, and also the hard drive allows you to play the original xbox game.s

  the pro is better because you have a hard drive where you can save games. Just keep it near a window and/or buy a intercooler they are like 20$ at gamestop and they are worth it. Whatever you do dont buy a ps3.. Waste of money I have both systems.Ps3 online play is c**p compared to xbox live and ps3 dosent have no where near as many good games as th xbox 360.  Get the elite if you got the cash
