If you buy a phone from them you will get it.  However the chance that you will be able to get the rebates they advertise are slim to none.  There are very strict rules on the rebates and even if you follow them to the letter there is a good chance you will not get your money back.  You are better off going somewhere else.

I bought my phone through them, it was a good deal, and not a scam, I had it for a year.
