Should i buy pokemon pearl or diamond now or wait for pokemon platinum?

i want to buy pokemon pearl or diamond but dont no wether i should wait for pokemon platinum to be released what should i do?

1 when is platinum coming out because I want that and 2 you should buy diamond and then buy platinum don't worry about pearl I think diamond is way more fun.

why can't u buy pokemon diamond or pearl then get pokemon platinum if u get a short kids job 2 earn money enough 2 buy platinum when it comes out?

I got diamond about two weeks ago, then the day after I heard of platinum, I got so mad, then I got calmed. So it will be the same but you can catch dialga and palkia, and some others ones, but i cant spell it. It should be coming out next month, call your local gamestop for reserves

well platinum is being released in japan on 13th september 2008

and release dates for U.S. and europe may be anywhere from early to mid 2009. It might be worth the wait as for new areas and stuff ...

but i suggest that u should buy pearl or diamond now  because :

1)no one knows when platinum is going to be released in rest of the world.

2)You would be too anxious to play a pokemon game

3)if u get each game from diamond and pearl Series and a platinum

u would become somewhat familiar with the gameplay
