or should i wait in hope of a 'soon' UK release of 360s with a Jasper chip or motherboard if they have less chance of dying?

Anyone who responds with a 'get a PS3 instead' style comment gets a thumbs down rating

  1. The new 60GB 360 has the new Falcon Motherboard and It has a 65nm CPU chip which is more energy efficient and less prone to over-heating. The new XBOX 360 with 60GB hard drive is the way to go!

  2. I wouldn't get the one with the 60gb hard drive as you can easily upgrade it and if there's less chance of the motherboard dying, wouldn't that be better value for money!

  3. Yeah PS3 isn't nearly as great as the 360. Online is AMAZING!

I used to have a 20Gb and that had more than enough memory!

I'm not sure about the additional technical feature of the new 360 though. I suppose it can do nothing but improve the console - it simply depend on whether you think its worth the extra money or not. Personally; no.

If it supposedly makes it faster then fair enough but the original 360 is plenty fast enough, but i have no idea whether it'll die less. They all come with a years warrantee anyway. When i took mine back to the shop they didn't even look at my receipt.

    Ciao.

  4. no i wouldn't u don't need 60gb

but it is up to u

  5. I don't care if you 'thumbs down' me, it would be unwise of you to buy any XBOX360 ever. They are obsolete already. If you absolutely HAVE to play Halo, use some emulation software to play it on your p.c., buying an XBOX is a complete waste of your money.

  6. Up to you. If you really want it now then buy it. If you can wait then wait

  7. Even though I'm not entirely an Xbox fan, i'd say wait - if there is less chance of it breaking down, that can only be a good thing
