Should i buy the sega dreamcast or not?

Ive heard its really ment to be good! and shares good stuff, but should i buy it? if so how much? where?(no online stores plz) and also are the games good? and why did it stop making consoles when the sega was a hit!

All i know was that they were the best!!!!,

Nintendo is my system now but if sega continued it would've been the system!.

But if your an australian try looking at gametraders there is 2 in canberra but i don't know about the rest.

Sega Dreamcast is pretty good. You can find old consoles in second-hand shops.

Before you buy a console, make sure you know places that sell games for your particular console. It would be pointless to have a console with no games. :P

I'd say the games for the Dreamcast are pretty good. The Sonic series is fantastic. And Bust-a-move is pretty rad. =]

Back when the Dreamcast was around, game technology was advancing every few years. Eventually the 2D realms of game universes developed into 3D game universes. Game companies had to keep up with the popular trends to make a profit. Which is why they stopped making them.
