Should i buy this jet ski.?

It's a 1994 polaris 750. its in good shape but it needs starter work. I assume the starter on the jet ski is blown. Now i looked on lije and i could buy a starter new for like $230. the guys wants $400 for the jet ski. Is the starter hard to replace?

It's not the easiest thing to replace, but it can be done. If you are having problems, get somebody else to do it, because the last thing you want to do is mess something up.
