I am pretty sure that it is really hard to recover from a fall like USA is going through so i would say wait for it to go down more.  Maybe a year or two. But make sure watever your exchanging it with doesn't fall either. This fall of the US will definatly affect other currencies .

They have already hit rock bottom and with positive/upbeat economic news starting to come out of America will likely to to a strengthening dollar. Buy your dollars now.

Now, it is weak now, just look at how much our gas prices have risen.... I think it has risen in value in the last couple of days, so i guess about three days would have been the best

USA dollar is pretty stable.  It won't make much difference WHEN you buy.

But the big difference is WHERE you buy.  Just don't buy at the air port (the worst).

Don't buy.  Soon there will be one currency for the US, Canada and South America.  The US dollar has already declined to match up with the Canadian dollar and soon we will be brought down low enough and the economy in South America will be brought up high enough that our currency will be in line with there's.  Then we will go to one currency for all of us....like the Euro.
