Should i call a guy aggressively?

i went out with a guy on the first date and we clicked right off the bat. so i e-mailed him and he e-mailed back. he replies and pick up my calls. he calls me whenever he says he will call but I wonder why he always flakes out last minute when he and I set up for the second day. Frustrates me. Should I continue calling him or wait for him to call since he flaked twice last minute on me? I like this guy, but about to give up cuz i don't like games and don't know if he's playing them. I already told him I like him a lot already. what do you all think?

Well what's fair isn't necessarily what's right.

You already know he's not that serious or proactive. You could tell him you expect him to follow up, and you could dump him for flaking out. And I bet you'd get some promises~ (appeasement) for telling him the problem. But I don't think those promises would last very long...no not if they're shamed out of someone.

But let's think for a moment. People flake out because they are not motivated properly. And that usually means they're insecure too. Yeah, I bet he would feel guilty~ if you didn't have a problem with him backing out at the last minute.

Try being supportive and having faith in the guy...despite the risk.

If you are trying to be the masculine energy then by all means be very aggressive and hunt him.  However, if you are trying to be like more female energy then you should be passive and wait for him to make the moves.  If he does not make the moves, then you should assume that he is not interested and forget about him.
