Should i call and apologize to my scorpio boyfriend?

yesterday my boyfriend, who is a scorpio was busy doing something. i don't know what he was doing, so i text him at around 3 o'clock and told him to just call me back whenever he got finished. he replied back ok. i didn't hear from him until 11 o'clock that night. when he finally called me i didn't answer the phone because i was asleep but when i woke up about 30 minutes later i called him back. while talking to him i was upset because he took so long to call me back. anyway he got mad and i got mad and we hung up the phone in each others faces. i tried to call him back to apologize but he didn't answer his phone, but he text me and said goodnight. i called back again and he text again " i said goodnight". i text back "i can take a hint and its all good". well its a new day and i haven't heard from him yet. should i call him or wait until he calls me?

Scorpios get angry easily when their partner gets angry at them for no reason. They will treat you the way you treated them for revenge. They just need time to cool off and they will be back to normal once you apologize. You just need to be understanding with Scorpios. And I have no idea why you got mad at him for calling you back late. It's possible that he was very busy and couldn't make the call on time. At least he called you back. Just call back and apologize for what you did and he will forgive you.

Of course!  But don't expect him to warm back up until after he is finished "punishing" you.  This is a really annoying thing that we do.  Sorry.  Just be patient, and you'll have him back in no time.

  Oh, and whatever you do, don't punish him for punishing you, this will start up a whole new quarrel.

This may also be that he feels bad, and is punishing himself, which is also rather annoying.
