Should i call my doctor tonight?

Question

I am 37 weeks and 3 days.today i had an appointment, baby heart rate was 139 its a boy, blood pressure and everything was good, my OBGYN said that i am 3 cm dialated, and that i am about 75-80% effaced. i have been having a discharge that's i think is my mucus plug come out for the past three hours or so and I'm having pretty bad cramps. SHould i call my doctor and let him know? or wait till i get contractions that are regular...i dont really know how to count them, this is my first pregnancy.

yup i would call or go to the hospitol...here where i live if ur dilated to 3 they keep u....good luck w/everything!!

If this is your first baby then i would call,also i think it was the plug too.
