if i call the police, should i clean the car before or after i call them ? never had this happen before.

make a report in case there is damage. Your insurance company will need it. eggs can damage the paint on your car so wash it soon

Do not clean the car.  Call the police first.  This could be the first of a number of pranks or it could be a one-off.  

If it continues you then at least have a traceable record of the incidents.

If this is some streak of vandalism, they need to know.
