Should i contact my doctor?

I don't know how to explain this but I can tell there is something wrong with me. NOt like in my head but with my body. I cant pin point it but i have this feeling in my gut telling me something is wrong. Should i see a doctor ?

Oh ya and i am 16 y/o male

Is it like, a feeling of paranoia? Feeling you are being watched all the time, like myself?

I would go to the doctor or a psychiatrist just to see what's up.... You can never be too sure!
