I have Marion Barber, Larry Johnson, and Thomas Jones, and i see RBs such as Rudi Johnson, Felix Jones, Julius Jones, and Carnell "Cadilac" Williams in free agency, should i take one of them. Also, i just claimed Farve off waivers and released Jon Kitna, good move?

  1. Keep Jones and pick up Favre.  Jones will perform much better with a now beefed up line, and defenses will have to respect the pass this year.  Jones will not be splitting carries and should be one of the biggest fantasy sleepers this season.  If you listen to any advice this fantasy season, listen to this, I have won numerous fantasy championships, and plan on continuing, with Jones as my No. 3 RB, just like you!

  2. Thomas jones will not really get it done in the jets. i would drop jones but the players you named are all going to share the carries. which means less production, but i would choose julius jones. he has the most up side in my eyes. i think picking up favre  was a good pick up since he is coming off a good season, but i hope that is not your starting QB. because if he is and he does bad, your pretty much screwed

  3. none of the RBs available are better options than T. Jones. i thought he was in line for a solid season this year before Favre. i think he's a good back you can get on the cheap in the draft who will put up starter-worthy numbers this year. i could be way off on Jones, but consider those other options: Rudi is shot, Felix is solid, but a change-of-pace back, Julius is a gamble (won't get goal-line duty or break a tackle), and Cadillac is trying to come back from a career-threatening injury. sounds like your waiver wire has a lot of depth, don't do anything knee-jerk right now.

Favre/Kitna is a crapshoot, i'd rather take a shot on the old man. well, the older man. even though Martz is overrated as an OC, he called for tons of passes. Favre is your backup, right?
