you might want to just get a really light trim to ensure no split ends. when i dyed my hair i had split ends but i didnt think it would matter too much... then when it faded all the dye was gone except for on the ends. it lasted a month until i got my hair cut again.

I think it's a good length. My friend's hair is brown too and her hair is about your length. Anyways, you can do a lot more styles with long hair than you can do with short hair. But if you haven't cut your hair in a long time, then you should just trim it a little bit to keep it healthy.

It doesn't look like you have a problem with split ends at the moment.  If it were me, I would just have the ends trimmed, and keep the length.

Don't cut your hair, you have very gorgeous hair! Well, actually scratch that... you could cut it. I could imagine it. You would look pretty either way. :)

I actually think it would look nicer short.. but its your choice. :)
