Should i cut my hair short? (pic)?

i have already posted this question & got many answers that said yes but didn't have the type what of hair cut. i need pics of what i should get cause i dont know or just the name of the haircut & colour. so i need a hair cut that would go well with the shape of my face i dont care how my hair looks crazy in both pics i just need the haircut based on my face. thanks :D
