stay away and do not disturb the mother while she is giving birth - it will only cause problems.

Please leave them alone. The mother knows exactly what to do. With out mistakes etc. Just enjoy the experience.

No. Do not touch them at all for that first day. Turn off the lights, TV, everything. Keep it dark and quiet so mommy and babies can relax. If you stress out the mother, she may kill them.

Guinea pigs have survived for thousands of years without the help of humans.  You do not need to help out.  In fact, it could freak the mother out and she may hurt the babies.  So, stay away and let her be.  Good luck.
