i'm not fit at all!!but i want to do cross country to get fit and to be able to runright now i can barely run a mile and basically i'm scared of getting laughed at since i really suck...the first timed trials is tomorrow, the second in two weeks and the third in 4 weeks... and there are summer practices 3 times a week...but we only have to go to practice after the 3rd timed trials....idk if i should wait until i practice more so i can have more confidence and go or go to all the practices even if i make a fool of myself...that way i get help from the coach but at a cost of embarassment....i was also thinking of doing it next year and conditioning meanwhile but i know i wont i'll just procrastinate...what do i do??
