Question:

Should i do my running,cardio,and weight training all in the same day or seperate days?

like should i do cardio,run,then weight train all in one day? or should i day1-run,day2-rest,day3-cardio,day4-rest... training etc.

if i did them all in one day i would do that then rest for at least one day so what one do you think would be best?

  1. seperate, it isn't good to do it all in one day. it will kill ur body.


  2. running and cardio can be done as much as you want the important thing is going everyother day for weights and one day a week has to be taken to rest all day

  3. Separate, it will help your body recover, I say you run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday you can do cardio and weight, and Saturday you can do a mix up of w/e exercises you like and Sunday rest, or go on a walk.

  4. Depends on how you feel about it. Listen to your body.

    I prefer to run 3 days a week and lift 3 days a week with one days rest, but there are times when I have too much energy and will lift in the morning and then go for a jog at night.
