Should i do this Make-up course?

I am in a job at the moment i really don't enjoy. I have always wanted to do make-up but never got round to it. I am now 25 and have heard of this make-up course that last for 12 weeks but covers everything you need to know and you get to build up your portfolio too so when you leave you can walk straight into work. The only thing is it is so expensive. I don't know weather i should do the course and pay all that money to enable me to do my dream job or stick to what i am doing now. The only thing that was worrying me was that if i struggle getting work at first and not getting a lot of money to pay my bills.

Maybe work 2 jobs or work overtime for a little while so you can better afford the classes. In the mean time you should enter this dream job contest i found recently and you might be able to become a make up artist for one day!

I have your same issue, kind of. I haven't really found a course, but I have tried to look for one thats part time or soemthing, so that I can do it after my current job, and do it as a side thing, i don't know. Why don't you try looking for a vocational school that has this course, that way you can do it after your job, so you can have both. I have had no luck finding a make up course in my area :/.

Follow your dreams! It'll be hard because it's expensive and finding work right out of a course isn't easy, but you don't want to always wonder if you would have been happier in the makeup field, right? Go for it!

Common Sense has already told you and raised alarm. You might have other talents that related to your hobbies. I mean do something that you like.

Or go hunting for another job, it may give you a better views and meet some friends.
