Should i do this???? plzz help?

Ok so im 16 years old and i kinda want to study aborad however idk if i should... i want to either study for the summer or n entire semester i have never been away from my family for more then a week however im good taking care of myself and i LOVE ADVENTURE do you think id b able to make it for n entire semester? in england?? wat r your opinions

I think you could handle it, especially if you love adventure and traveling.

Some tips that I think might come in handy:

- Exchange a little bit of money (enough for incidentals and/or food for a few days) at your local bank before leaving for England - you'd be surprised at how nice it is to have some pounds on hand without having to exchange your dollars in the airport (with a hefty commission fee).

- If you plan to bring more American cash with you, wait until you can find a post office to exchange it; they'll do it with no commission fee, which is excellent.

- Get a prepaid international calling card, preferably one that's reloadable so your parent/guardian can put more minutes on it if necessary.

- Don't forget to get a converter for your hairdryer and other appliances (also for chargers) here in America - and be willing to spend a bit of money on it, if necessary. Don't go for the "cheapest one".
