Should i drink milk in the morning or at night?

ok. not caring about the "in the morning cuz it gives u energy" yeah idc just want to know which one will most likely help me get taller?

im 14 and 5'5 -_-

  1. The only way that nutrition could effect your height is you were growing up in extreme poverty and starvation and were not  getting anything to eat. That could cause you not to be *quite* as big. But drinking milk  couldn't hurt at all. It will help you be healthy. It doesn't matter what time you drink it, it will have the same effect on your body. So eat and drink dairy products all day.  But you need all around good nutrition, too.

  4. it doesnt help u get taller just stronger bones... sometimes drinking it at night helps you sleep idk y...

  7. drinking or not drinking milk has nothing to do with you getting taller. You will be just as tall as what your genes say you will be.

    You drink milk for the calcium in it that makes for strong bones and nice skin and shiney hair.

    drink it in the morning and at lunch and at night. Have a double dip of ice cream for bedtime snack as well.
