Id drop Glaus, Delmon should start to heat up especially since the Twins are heating up in general. Chris Davis is just incredibly hot and you should pick him up atleast for now.

I don't know who your back up third baseman or back up outfielder is, and I don't know what stats you're willing to sacrifice, but I say drop Glaus. Chris Davis helps you get back most of the stats that you dropped with Glaus, whereas Delmon Young has the speed Chris Davis and Troy Glaus doesn't have.
