  1. Yes, if you are hungry, eat but only to take the edge off. Eat slowly  so you don't binge and try to eat something healthy instead of junk food.

    By the way, depending on how old you are, yo should really be asleep by midnight. Kids needs sleep as much as they need good nutrition  


  2. If it's about a weight thing, yes.

    Starving yourself kills your metabolism. And you should go to sleep. Waking up late kills your metabolism as well.

    But it's really complicated.

    If you eat and then just sit down and not burn calories, your body will think that you want to store fat. Then you gain physical weight, and your body just gets all messed up.

    Buuuuuut, if you exercise before you sleep, and then go to sleep, it releases chemicals that can kill you one day.

    Eat if you are, but make sure you go to the bathroom before you go back to bed or you'll have to wake up again to go to the bathroom.

It's okay as long as it's something small like an apple or juice or a cracker.But like a a full grown meal like a sub is not right.Or like spaghetti or anything that has to do with dinner like chicken and all those stuff is not good.So don't get carried away thinking it's a small meal when you're serving youself spaghetti.A snack is a small food like fruits or bread or juice or milk.
