    if you want sugar before your race, have gatorade, raisins, a banana, or an apple,

    the high fructose corn syrup in pop rocks is very bad for you especially before your race


  2. If your asking about the legend where the man exploded because he ate pop rocks before swimming, its not true. But you don't want to eat sugar before a swim meet for two reasons. 1. all that sugar will give you a boost for like 2 minuets then you'll feel tired. 2 you'll probably get sick.

  3. Um...no 'cause sugar will make you very tired so my suggestion is no, but I mean you can, but don't eat a whole bag, if you eat  like 3 or four of them it's okay.

    Kinds Of Sugar Like that Will Work For A Little Bit, But Make You GEt Slower Throught The Day. Drink Water Or G2, Eat Bananas, Apples, And Oranges, NO JUNK FOOD! It Will Only Make You Worse!!

  6. umm. it all depends on when u eat it. becasue if u doo eat all that sugar b4 a race u need to know when to. becasue udont want to eat it then like 5 min b4 ur race totally crash.. so just try to figure out when a good time to eat the sugar to get all pumped up .

  8. Well, depends. If you can stomach the grossest of delicacies, go ahead but beaware: if you eat them you can risk stomach ache, diarreha, cramps, or throwing up in the water. Quite embarrising. I wouldn't do it. The sugar rush may give you an edge, though.
