  1. it stops everyone who shouldn't be reading it, reading it, and it makes everything look neat, tidy, and professional.

  2. I would, just to keep them together and to address them to the recruitment or HR department.

  3. yes, with an address on it.

    Then it won't get lost

  4. No, your address or your phone and email address should be on the cover letter. You should for safety's sake put them into a transparent sleeve buy them by the dozen.. they can't be too expensive. It avoids the papers getting messed up and dirty and you should hand them either to the manager or to the receptionist.. then she will pass it on to the people who might know. Most likely personnel department.. you should go there and ask if you can leave your CV there and tell them why you are handing out your CV in all the stores... the receptionist will tell you the way to personell department. You can ask directly there if there is an opening available.. x*x

  5. Yeah..and tell them to hand it in to the manager. Put it in an envelope and seal it..you wouldn't want anyone just reading your cover letter and CV. I know I wouldn't!

  6. not necessary but it can't hurt, employers will be more likely to hire you if everything is presented in a well organized manner

  7. Ok

  8. I think you should, i work in a shop and you should see how the managers just leave them lying anywhere, they're all lazy, they even get left on checkout's for anybody and everybody to look at your personal details
