Should i exercise 7 days r 6 days??

I do 400 sit ups, 100 weight lifts, 100 leg lifts

would it be more beneficial to take a break for 1 day or do them everyday.

  1. You should give your body at least one day a week to rest and re-cooperate.

  3. You should definitely have a day of rest from all the strength training you're doing. The exercise/rest combination is where your muscles get stronger. I would suggest doing your regimen above every other day and do at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity (running, walking, biking, dancing, etc) on the other days. You'll be stronger AND more fit!

  4. I think you should do six days if your tired but if you are really dedicated do 7

  5. You should exercise 6 days a week. It gives your body time to rest. If you were to do this amount of exercise every day you'd only end up wearing yourself out.
