i have a pair of lovebirds.i don't know about the s*x and i haven't checked it as there is no vet in the area.they laid 8 eggs.the first one was laid way back june 6 here in the philippines and now it's already july 14 here.nothing has hatched yet.i got really paranpid this morning and i got one of the eggs out and examined it.it's warm.i placed it under a lighbulb but i don't see anything.we don't have a flashlight.finall,i cracked it.there are an all yellow goo on it(the yolk).is that a sign there's going to be a baby lovebird or not?

it's already past a month.anyone who know what to do?

  1. All eggs have yolk,doesnt mean the egg is fertile.You may just have 2 hens laying eggs.Is she sitting on the eggs or just laying them?You count from the day she starts sitting not the day the first one was layed.
